The entire experience was outstanding. The initial call to remind me of a service for system check, (that I had totally forgotten), to the reduction in cost of my initial purchase, resulted in a 2:1 improvement. Now Gabriel, the more than qualified technician, not only checked the system over completely, he also recommended a very cost effective and easy to do procedure I can do to further prevent any future expenses for maintaining the system. I cannot recommend Comfy Air more positively. I will highly suggest anyone with a split system, as well as, regular AC system to call and experience the quality of care they have more than demonstrated and Gabriel specifically.
