Comfy Air Cooling & Heating is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, organized, and positive team player to join our team.
This is NOT just an “answer the phone” job. You’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations helping customers, coordinating our technicians, and keeping everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls with a friendly, professional tone
- Schedule and dispatch service calls efficiently through our CRM
- Keep our technicians fully booked and organized
- Communicate with our field team throughout the day
- Make outbound calls to help fill the schedule
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Has a positive attitude (even on busy days)
- Can handle pressure and upset customers professionally
- Takes initiative and solves problems
- Shows up on time and leads by example
- Is coachable and eager to grow
Compensation
- Salary: $45K–$52K (based on experience)
- Monthly bonuses based on performance
- Growth opportunities with a growing company
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday mornings during peak season
